5. User Content and Photo Processing
Poised allows you to upload, edit, store, and share photos ("User Content").
- Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership rights over your photos.
- License: By uploading photos to Poised, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, modify, run AI models on, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the app and providing the services to you.
- Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and share the photos you upload. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, or that infringes on the rights of others (including privacy and publicity rights).
6. Privacy and Data
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, used, and stored. By using the app, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Paid Subscriptions and Billing
Access to certain features of Poised is available through a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees promptly.
- Allow us to charge your provided payment method for recurring subscriptions until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store. Please note that cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription. Refunds are subject to our discretion and applicable app store policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Poised is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee the app will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. The results of photo transformations may vary depending on image quality and other factors.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. Additionally, we are not liable for any loss of data, reputation, or profits arising from the app's use.

All content, trademarks, and materials provided through Poised (excluding your User Content) are the property of the app’s creators or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without prior permission.
